Returns Policy

  • Damages Claims - Please report a damaged item, picking error, or short delivery within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
  • Warranty Claims - Notify Elizabeth Richards PTY LTD on 1300 137 064 regarding faults with the item within 12 months from the invoice date for warranty claims.
  • Change of mind returns – Customers must notify Elizabeth Richards PTY LTD within 7 days of receipt. There is 0% restocking fee if the customer is arranging the return, there is a 20% restocking fee if Elizabeth Richards PTY LTD is arranging return.
  • We do not refund the original freight charge for change of mind purchases.
  • All returning items must be sent back in the original packaging and arrive to us in a resalable condition.

To process a change of mind request:

  1. Please email  Sales@elizabethrichards.com.au to initiate the returns process.
  2. The return credit will be provided upon approval of the condition of the product by our warehouse team.

     

    Made to Order Items

    All pin boards, dividers, cabinets, and any item made to order cannot be returned.
