What are your holiday hours?

Our office is closed from the 24th December 2020, re-opening fully on the 11th January 2021.

During the Christmas/New Year period we will be operating a skeleton staff in our warehouse dispatching a limited amount of personal and business orders.

All school deliveries will be held until the beginning of Term 1, 2021 - unless we are otherwise advised. If your school would like their order delivered during the holidays please call customer service on 02-9838 0865 before we close or after we re-open fully on the 11th January 2021 to organise another delivery date.

What are your normal opening hours?

Our customer service team is available to answer any questions you may have between 9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed weekends and public holidays.

How can I place an order with Elizabeth Richards?

The best method for ordering is through this website!

If you are a NSW DoE school or teacher, we are a preferred supplier to the DoE therefore you can purchase through the External Catalogue section of Ed Buy.

You can also purchase from our showroom, see below.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We have a showroom attached to our warehouse that is normally open between 9.00am - 5pm, Monday to Friday for retail customers to view and purchase our products. However due to the COVID 19 situation our showroom is currently closed.

Can anyone purchase from Elizabeth Richards or is it only schools and teachers?

Yes anyone can purchase from us online. You don't need to be a teacher to use and enjoy products from our range.

Do you ship orders internationally?

No. We only accept orders that can be delivered within Australia.

Which courier companies do you use?

We ship all our orders using Australia Post or Star Track (owned by Australia Post)

How do I track my order once it has left your warehouse?

You will receive a notification via the email address used at the time of ordering once your order has left our warehouse with all the relevant tracking details.

Can I pick up my order from your showroom? / Do you have Click and Collect?

Yes! Please select “Store Pick-Up - Kings Park Showroom, NSW” as your shipping method when checking out online. Once your order is ready to be picked up we will notify you via email.

What can I do if a product I would like to purchase is out of stock?

If a product you are interested in is out of stock you can sign up to be notified immediately when it is back in stock on that product’s page. There is a section below the price titled “Available Soon” with an area to enter your email address. Please add your email address and we will notify you the minute the item is back in stock.

Does my school have an account with you?

All public and private, primary and high schools in Australia have an account with us and are able to pay on a 30 day account via "Invoice to School" at checkout.

Childcare centres, preschools and other businesses who have not purchased from us before are required to pay at time of purchase. Please contact: sales@elizabethrichards.com.au if you would like to know more about how to move to an account payment situation.
