History of the First Australians Set 1

The History of the First Australians series combines levelled reading with opportunities to explore Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and perspectives. Developed in consultation with Indigenous communities across Australia, the collection contains 20 full-colour softcover readers, each featuring 24 pages of informative content and original artwork. Reading Recovery Levels 14–20 cater to developing primary readers, while the subject matter provides connections across literacy, History, Geography and Civics and Citizenship. The series can be used for guided or independent reading as well as broader classroom inquiry into Australia’s First Peoples.
