Reseller Site Tips
Thanks for using our NEW wholesale site. We hope it will make your ordering process easier and save you time!  Here are a few of the benefits the site will provide:
  • In stock/out of stock live updates
  • No more typing up emails with product codes and details - just click away
  • Pictures of each product so you know exactly what you are ordering
  • The freight charge will be displayed on your order before completion
  • Immediate order confirmation via email and order summary screen
  • All your order history will now be captured and shown under your account  - simply go to ORDERS
Please note:
  • "Out of stock" means we don't have that item at the moment but it will be re-stocked in the near future. If you would like to know more about when that item will be restocked please reference our Stock Update Report.  You can find a link to this report located in the footer of the site:

  • Pricing: The "Retail" price is our RRP and the other price shown is the reseller price after discount:

Here are a few tips for using the site:
1. You would have received and an invitation to the site to create your own password. For future logins you can access the site via this url: 
https://elizabethrichards.wholesale.shopifyapps.com
2. Once on the site the home page will look like this:

 If you are looking for a certain product you can add the code to the search button at the top or browse the menus - either All Products which has everything or a more specific menu such as "Book Tubs & Boxes".
3. It is straight forward after that. Click on the product you are interested in, add the quantity and any other information required then Add to Order.
4. If you would like to add multiple items you simply go back to the menus and repeat the process.
5. Once you have everything you need click on Order to proceed to check out:

6. Check that everything looks right and you have all the items you wanted on the Current Order page.  Then CONTINUE TO CHECK OUT.
7. Most of your details should auto-complete after your first order. Continue through the process as you would with any online transaction.
8. The normal reseller freight charges will be displayed on the Shipping Method page of this process.  
 
Please note: * Freight charges may vary depending on destination, size and weight. If the freight on your order is to be greater than indicated at checkout, we will advise you before processing your order.
9. When you arrive at the Payment Method you can either: Pay by Credit Card or chose Pay On Account - please see below:

Then click on COMPLETE ORDER.  You will be taken to an order confirmation page and will receive an order confirmation listing all your products to your email address.  
10.  You will be notified separately via email when your order has been processed and has left our warehouse on its way to you.
